                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 6414 BONNY
                   OAKS DRIVE, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF
                   BONNY OAKS DRIVE AT AUSTIN DRIVE, FROM R-3
                   RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO C-2 CONVENIENCE COMMERCIAL
                   ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 6414 Bonny Oaks Drive,
                being on the southeast line of Bonny Oaks Drive at
                Austin Drive.  Lot 100, Austin Farms, Section 1, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 16, page 48,
                ROHC; being the property described as Tract 1 in
                deed book 3810, page 439, ROHC.  Tax Map No.
                129M-A-1 (part).
               
               
         from R-3 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:

              1.   Subject to an 8 foot wooden sight-obscuring fence.
        
              2.   Subject to vegetation obscuring the sight-obscuring
                   fence.
        
              3.   Subject to approval of access plan by City Traffic
                   Engineer.
        
              4.   All existing easements are retained.
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
